Guided by the incredible Kailin Bouse, a certified sound therapist, this journey features a symphony of therapeutic instruments-crystal singing bowls, native flutes, gongs, chimes, and more. Each carefully tuned to create vibrations that calm the mind, release stress, and promote emotional and physical healing.
 
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat.  Feel free to also bring a blanket, and pillow to enhance your experience.
